Today(28th), YG Entertainment officially announced the BLACKPINK 2019 WORLD TOUR with KIA [IN YOUR AREA] EUROPE schedule to be held on May through their official blog.

BLACKPINK will hold 5 additional concerts in Europe including their concert in Amsterdam on May 18th, London on May 22nd, Berlin on May 24th, Paris on May 26th, and in Barcelona on May 28th.

As BLACKPINK has previously announced that they will visit not only Asia and Europe but also North America and Australia, the global fans’ expectations on the tour schedule to be announced for North America and Australia are higher than ever.

BLACKPINK is currently going through their first-ever world tour with a live band for the first time as a K-Pop girl group.

The group sold out all 3 concerts held in Bangkok, LISA’s hometown, notifying a successful start of their first-ever world tour. With the heated support of local fans, BLACKPINK held 2 concerts in Jakarta, the second tour location, as they have done so in Bangkok.

After proving their global popularity with fans gathering to welcome BLACKPINK from the airport in Hong Kong, the third tour location, the group will now visit Manila, the fourth tour location, on February 2nd. They will continue their tour in cities including Singapore, Kuala Lumpur, and Taipei.

BLACKPINK’s world tour being held in Asia, North America, Europe, and Australia is sponsored by Kia Motors Corporation.

While acting as a global girl group by holding their first-ever world tour in large-scale, BLACKPINK will also perform at ‘Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival’, the largest music festival in the US, for the first time as K-Pop idols. The global fans are paying keen attention on how high BLACKPINK will rise, as they are now taking steps to become a global girl group.
