BLACKPINK Proving it is a True Monster Rookie... Their New Song Chosen as Apple Music’s Best of the Week

Girl group BLACKPINK “As If It’s Your Last” has been chosen as US Apple Music’s Best of the Week. 

At 9 AM on June 25, US Apple Music announced its Best of the Week songs, and BLACKPINK’s “As If It’s Your Last” was on the list.

This is especially meaningful for BLACKPINK as the songs of world-class rapper Drake and the UK’s most famous rock band Radiohead was on the list too. 

The music video of “As If It’s Your Last” is also going viral. In just 17 hours after its release, the music video posted 10 million views and surpassed 20 million views in just 47 hours. This is the shortest time a K-Pop group took to reach the 20 million mark. Currently, the music video surpassed 23,410,000 YouTube views.

Meanwhile, BLACKPINK is to appear on SBS’s Inkigayo, which airs at 12:10. The girl group will go on a number of variety shows and radio programs, such as Weekly Idol, to continue on with their promotions.
